The Post Road Press at Two Ems is developing what it calls Graille text processing on the Connecticut shoreline. It enhances legibility by assigning 3D levels to each word based on its statistical rarity. This helps reluctant or marginal readers pick out the sense in a paragraph because the salient words jump out at them. It can be applied to straight text from emails to novels, including foreign-language or field-specific vocabularies such as medical, legal or automotive. Contact Paul Sprague for more information:
